My best friend recently went on a hunt for the best suntan lotion that was out there.  A real girly girl and an avid tanner, she’s one of those women who is always trying out new products and doesn’t mind dishing out the cash when trying a new product.

I, on the other hand, am tight with my money and have a hard time spending it on things that I’m not %100 sure will work.  As a result, I’ve been using the same tanning lotion for years now and am quite happy with the results.  I don’t need to be out for hours in the sun baking and by using just a little bit for a short period of time everyday has helped me to achieve a healthier glow.

But I recently changed my hair color to blond and noticed that even with the tan I tend to look a bit washed out.  I don’t want to spend anymore time in the sun darkening my color, so I decided it was time to switch products.   Lucky for me my friend never throws anything away, so she had a nice little collection of dark tanning lotions for me to try.  I found one that I liked and she was even nice enough to give me the bottle!
